Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A multi-stem Aspen tree situated on both sides of the rear garden boundary of nos 17 and 19.  Large stems have collapsed into both gardens.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a suitable location of the rear garden of no 19 and below are the four alternative species for consideration:

Lime                                  (Tilia spp)

Ginkgo                              (Ginkgo biloba)

Oak                                   (Quercus spp)

Tulip tree                         (Liriodendron tulipifera)

 

 

The new tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 12-14cm.  The new tree should be planted during the November 2024 and March 2025 planting season.
