Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Yew tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the front right-hand corner adjacent to College Road.  The tree is a little growing.

Description of Approved Works

Lift low branches to provide more light into the front garden, also branches encroaching into a mature Hornbeam on Estate land should be trimmed back.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points.
