Proposal:
Species and Location of Tree
An Ash tree situated in the rear garden. The tree has extensive decay at the base of the trunk which renders the tree dangerous.

Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a suitable location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Liquidambar styraciflua (Sweet Gum of N America)
Glediscia ‘Sunburst’ (Yellow Honey Locust)
Aesculus x carnea (Pink Chestnut)
The tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m.
