Species and Location of Trees
T1. A multi-stemmed tree from the Witch Hazel family (Parrotia persica) approximately 5m in height, situated close to the front entrance. The tree is very dense
T2. A Silver Birch approximately 6m in height, situated close to the front boundary wall. The tree has dieback in the crown
T3. A Silver Birch tree approximately 9m in height, situated close to the front wall to the left of (T2). The tree is a little dense.
T4. Four Oak trees approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary adjacent to the flank wall of the property.
T5. Two Lombardy Poplar trees approximately 22m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden. The trees are a little tall.
T6. An Ash tree approximately 20m in height, situated in the bottom right hand corner of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Crown thin by 30% including the removal of any dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
T2. Remove dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
T3. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T4. Removal of dead wood only.
T5. Reduce in height by approximately 30% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
T6. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
