Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Norway Maple tree approximately 9m in height, situated in the front left-hand corner adjacent to Court Lane. The tree is a little dense and low growing.
T2. A Purple Plum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the front right-hand corner adjacent to Court Lane. The tree is a little dense.
T3. A Eucalyptus tree approximately 22m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is too large for a small garden.
T4. A Walnut tree approximately 12m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little wide-spreading.
T5. A twin-stemmed Ash tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.
T6. A Poplar tree approximately 15m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden. The tree has significant decay in the base of the trunk.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches around road signage and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
T2. Lightly thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, water shoots, and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T3. Remove and the stump ground out.
T4. Remove two low branches by severing at the main trunk, one over the road and one over the garden.
T5. Removal of dead wood and lifting of one low branch over the road.
T6. Remove and the stump ground out.
Details of Replacement Required
T3. As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a more to the rear boundary of the rear garden and below is the agreed specie:
