Species and Location of Trees
T1. A twin-stemmed Silver Birch tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the driveway.
T2. A triple-stemmed False Acacia tree approximately 18m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is too large and wide spreading for its location.
T3. A Eucalyptus tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense.
T4. A Holly tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is badly shaped and badly located.
T5. Two Cypress trees approximately 12m in height, situated either side of the rear garden.
T6. A Beech tree approximately 15m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden. The tree is a little low growing.
T7. A Portugal Laurel tree approximately 2m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Remove new vertical stem emanating from the leaning trunk.
T2. Reduce in height by up to 30% and crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
T3. Crown thin by 25% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
T4. Remove and the stump ground out.
T5. Remove snapped branch from the tree on the left-hand side and remove branch from the tree on the right-hand side to increase the view into the garden.
T6. Remove two low branches.
