Species and Location of Trees
T1. A triple stemmed False Acacia tree approximately 16m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little large and wide spreading for its location.
T2. A Eucalyptus tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense.
T3. A Cherry tree approximately 9m in height is height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden and opposite a Pine tree. The tree is a little dense.
T4. A Purple Plum tree approximately 5.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.
T5. A Hazel tree approximately 5.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary a little further towards the bottom of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense.
T6 Two Cypress trees, both approximately 15m in height, situated either side of the garden towards the bottom boundary of the rear garden.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Reduce in height by up to 30% and crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
T2. Reduced in height by approximately 40% and round off to form a more compact specimen.
T3. Crown thin by 30% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T4. A light thinning together with the removal of dead wood and water shoots.
T5. Crown thin by 25% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
T6 The trees should be retained in their present form and no work is permitted apart from lifting low branches to 5m above ground level and the removal of any dead wood.
