Species and Location of Trees
T1. A False Acacia tree approximately 18m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little large all-round.
T2. A Eucalyptus tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.
T3. A Cherry tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden. The tree is multi-stemmed from the base.
T4. A Purple Plum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden. The tree is a little out of shape.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Crown thin by 20% including lifting low branches and the removal of any dead wood. The height may also be reduced by up to 2m. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than basic pollarding. The basic shape should be retained.
T2. Reduce all round to previous pruning points.
T3. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of any dead wood. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T4. Crown thin by 20% including lifting low branches, and the removal of water shoots and any dead wood. The basic shape should be retained.
