Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Eucalyptus tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.  The tree is too large for its location.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below is the agreed specie:

Sorbus aucuparia              (Rowan)

The tree should be planted during the November 2021 and March 2022 planting season with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 2.5m
