Specie and Location of Tree

A multi-stemmed Turkey Oak tree approximately 16m in height, situated in the left-hand corner of the front garden bordering Court Lane, and partly in the right hand corner of 37 Court Lane.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary trimming back from the frontage of both properties including lifting low branches.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted
