Species and Location of Tree

A Eucalyptus tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is badly sited and is too close to the adjacent property in Dovercourt Road.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump either grubbed out or poisoned.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a suitable location of the rear garden and below are the three-alternative species for consideration:

Albizzia julibrissin                   (Silk tree)

Pittsporum tenuifolium             (Pittosporum)

Laurus nobilis                          (Bay)
