Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Eucalyptus tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.

T2.          A Purple Plum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

T3.          A Cherry tree in the region of 9m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the adjacent rear garden, towards the bottom of the garden and close to the rear of the existing garage which is to be re-built.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T2.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T3.          The tree should be retained and protected.
