A Mimosa tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden, close to the front-right corner of the adjacent house (no 87).

Description of Approved Works

Branches close to the roof and house are trimmed back as necessary.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
