Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

T1.         A Box Elder tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is beginning to smother a nearby Crab Apple tree.

T2.         A Mimosa tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden close to the corner of the adjacent property.  The tree is sited far too close to the building.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Box Elder is either removed or reduced in height by up to 50% and re-shaped as a smaller and more compact specimen.

T2.         Remove by felling at ground level.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  Replacement trees are not necessary as the garden is well stocked with mature trees.
