Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Cherry tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden. The tree is dead.
T2. A Holly tree, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Remove and the roots grubbed out.
T2. The tree should be retained although low branches may be lifted to provide adequate headroom.
Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Crataegus prunifolia (Cockspur Thorn)
Sorbus aucuparia (Rowan)
Betula nigra (River Birch)
