Proposal:
Species and Location of Tree
T1. An Ash tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little low growing over the road.
T2. A Yew tree approximately 9m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.
T3. Two Elder trees approximately 6m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden, one in the right-hand corner and one in the left-hand corner. The trees are self-sown and are inhibiting more important trees nearby.
T4. A multi-stemmed Bay tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Two low growing branches to be removed at the main trunk, including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T2. Low branches to be lifted and branches encroaching over the road and footpath are lifted to provide a clearance of 3m.
T3. Remove and the stumps ground out and poisoned.
T4. Reduce in height by up to 1.5m and the sides trimmed back proportionally.
