Species and Location of Tree

A Deciduous Magnolia tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the front left-hand corner adjacent to Court Lane Gardens.  The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of long lateral branches encroaching towards the house.  The height may also be reduced by up to 10% to form a more compact specimen.
