Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Yew tree approximately 10m in height, situated in the front garden on the right-hand side of the path.  The tree is a little tall and dense.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, epicormic growth, and necessary re-shaping.  The height may be reduced by up to 1.5m and the spread reduced accordingly.  The basic shape should be retained.
