Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. An Oak tree approximately 18m in height, situated in the front right-hand corner adjacent to Crescent Wood Road.
T2. A yew tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the front boundary. The tree is a little low growing and wide spreading.
T3. A Cypress tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden. The tree is a little low growing.
T4. A Cypress tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little tall for its location.
T5. An Oak tree approximately 18m in height, situated centrally on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.
T6. A Holly tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden. The tree is a little tall and wide spreading.
T7. A Sycamore tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.
T8. A Plane tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little wide spreading towards a group of Conifers close to the house.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Removal of all dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
T2. Crown to be raised to 3m from ground level and branches encroaching towards the adjacent street lamp are cut back as necessary. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T3. Low branches over the adjacent garage are lifted as necessary and the tree generally tidied.
T4. Reduce in height by up to 2m in order not to interfere with a large tree in the neighbouring garden.
T5. Low branches to be lifted by a minimum amount together with the removal of epicormic growth and dead wood. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T6. Reduce in height by up to 2m and the side growth trimmed back proportionally.
T7. Removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
T8. Trim back as necessary including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points.
