Species and Location of Trees

T1.          12 Cypress trees approximately 15m in height, situated along the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T2.          3 – 4 Cypress trees approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the front driveway.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce the height by approximately 30% including the removal of any dead wood in order to provide more light to the garden.

T2.          Lift low branches to approximately 5m from ground level.
