Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

T1.          A Lime tree approximately 5.5m in height, situated on the front boundary with Croxted Road to the left side of the garden.

T2.          A Plane tree approximately 10m in height, situated in a central location on the front boundary with Croxted Road.  The tree is a little dense.

T3.          A Lime tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the front boundary with Croxted Road to the right-hand side.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Re-pollard at previous pollarding points approximately 3m above ground level.

T2.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches and necessary trimming back from an adjacent streetlamp. The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T3.          Remove by felling at ground level.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as there are two other trees on the boundary with Croxted Road.
