Species and Location of Trees

Seven Cypress trees approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are a little tall and very sparse in the lower crown offering very little screening.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stumps either winched or grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, a screen of replacement trees are to be planted in along the bottom boundary of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Thuya plicata               (Thuya)

Tilia x euchlora            (Lime (non drip))

Carpinus betulus           (Hornbeam)
