Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

Two Lime trees approximately 4m in height, situated in the small garden adjacent to the front boundary with Croxted Road.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out or poisoned.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a suitable location of the front garden and below is the suggested specie for consideration:

Rhus typhina                      (Sumach)
