Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Sycamore tree approximately 10m in height, situated towards the bottom of the rear garden near a large Pine tree. The tree is in good health and condition and should be retained in its present form.
T2. A Sycamore tree approximately 10m in height, situated a little closer to the house than (T1). The tree is a little wide-spreading.
T3. A Sycamore tree approximately 15m in height, situated in the rear garden. The tree is in good health and condition and should be retained in its present form.
T4. An Ash tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.
T5. A twin-stemmed Sycamore tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little wide-spreading.
Description of Approved Works
T1. There are several small stems around the base of the tree which should be removed to allow a new fence to be erected.
T2. Removal of one branch encroaching over the garden.
T3. Ivy should be severed at the base. There are several small stems around the base of the tree which should be removed to allow a new fence to be erected.
T4. Removal of low stems to provide a clear stem. However, should the owner wish to remove the tree this would be permitted as there is very little foliage.
T5. Removal of one branch encroaching over the garden.
