Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T7/T8.   Two False Acacia trees approximately 15m in height, situated on the front boundary with Denmark Hill.  The trees are a little tall and dense.

T1.         A self-sown Ash tree approximately 4m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.   The tree is too close to the property.

TG1.      A group of trees and shrubs situated close to the right-hand flank wall of the property are within the grounds of the United Reform Church.

Description of Approved Works

T7/8.     Crown thin by 25% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height may also be reduced by up to 3m by pruning at convenient growth points, rather than pollarding which is not permitted.

T1.         Remove and the roots grubbed out.

TG1.      Agreement is required from the United Reform Church prior to consent being issued.
