Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Holm Oak tree approximately 18m in height, situated on the left-hand boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is quite dense.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by up to 20% to improve light penetration and air circulation within the crown.  Crown lift by up to 1.5m over the neighbours’ side to create an even canopy and provide additional clearance.  No other works are necessary at this time.
