Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A Sycamore tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.  The tree is a little low-growing.

T2.       A twin-stemmed Judas tree approximately 3m in height, situated on the left-hand side midway down the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Remove low branches up to 4m above ground level by pruning back to the main trunk.

T2.       Re-shape as necessary after the low overhanging branches of (T1) have been removed.
