Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. Two Cypress trees approximately 15m in height, situated on the bottom boundary between a large Cypress tree and a False Acacia tree sited towards the right-hand side of the rear garden. The trees are too dominating for a small garden.
T2. A twin-stemmed Cypress tree approximately 12m in height, situated close to the right-hand side boundary and inset from the bottom boundary of the rear garden. The tree is too large for the small garden.
T3. A Cypress tree approximately 15m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.
T4. A dead tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden close to the left-hand corner. There is also a small tree overhanging the boundary fence.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Remove the two Cypress trees by felling at ground level.
T2. Remove by felling at ground level.
T3. Low branches to be removed from the trunk up to 4m above ground level.
T4. Remove both trees.
Details of Replacement Required
None. The garden is well stocked with trees including an Oak, Copper Beech and a Maple.
