Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

An Oak tree approximately 15m in height, situated in the formal lawn at the front of the house.  The tree is leaning at an acute angle.  The ground away from the leaning side also appears to have lifted, which could indicate loss of stability.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a nearby location of the front garden and below is the recommended specie:

Quercus robur                   (English Oak)
