Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Fig tree approximately 3m in height, situated on the right-hand side midway down the rear garden.  The tree is sited too close to a more important Walnut tree.

T2.          A Walnut tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove.

T2.          Crown thin by up to 15% and re-shape to form a more open specimen.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
