Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. An Ash tree approximately 16m in height, situated to the front garden boundary.
G1. A group of Leylandii trees approximately 18m in height, situated to the rear boundary screening Woodyard Lane.
G2. A group of Birch and Maple trees situated in the rear garden.
T2. An evergreen Azara approximately 7m in height, situated on the rear garden boundary with No 113. The tree is dead.
T3. A felled tree near (G2) above and to the side boundary of No 113.
T4. A Lawson Cypress tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the rear garden.
T5. A Spruce tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the rear garden.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Crown lift to 4m and remove deadwood.
G1. Reduce by 1/3 i.e.4m and re-shape as necessary.
G2. Crown lift by up to 3m.
T2. Remove.
T3. Remove.
T4. Crown lift to remove overhanging branches and provide a 1m clearance from a brick shed.
T5. Crown lift to remove four lower limbs, retaining height.
Details of Replacement Required
T2. As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Amelanchier (Amelanchier arborea)
Service Tree (Sorbus torminalis)
Magnolia (Magnolia spp)
The tree should be planted with a stem girth of minimum 10cm.
T3. As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a nearby location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Quince (Cydonia oblonga)
Pear (Pyrus Conference, Doyenne or Williams)
Magnolia (Magnolia spp)
