Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Cypress tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary, of the front garden. The tree is a little wide spreading.
T2. An Olive tree approximately 4m in height, situated close to the house on the left side boundary of the rear garden.
T3. A Eucalyptus tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is very dense and light restricting.
T4. A Prunus tree approximately 6m in height, situated towards the bottom of the rear garden close to the left-hand side boundary. The tree is a little dense.
T5. A Whitebeam tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden. The tree is a little tall and dense.
T6. A Purple Plum tree approximately 3m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.
T7. A Cherry tree approximately 3m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is dead.
T8. An Olive tree approximately 4.5m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Clip back as much as possible whilst retaining green foliage and not exposing the inner dead wood.
T2. Reduce in height to approximately 2.5m and round off to form a more compact and formal specimen.
T3. Remove and the roots grubbed out.
T4. Crown thin by 25% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
T5. Crown reduce by up to 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
T6. Lightly thin and re-shape.
T7. Remove and the roots grubbed out.
T8. Reduce in height to approximately 2.5m and round off to form a more compact and formal specimen to match T2 above.
