Species and Location of Trees

An Oak tree approximately 10m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  A multi-stemmed Maple tree of a similar height situated very close to the conservatory of the right hand-side boundary.  Both trees have been implicated in the structural movement of the property.

Description of Approved Works

Remove together with the roots being grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  Replacement trees are not necessary as the garden is well stocked with trees.
