Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the front garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T2.         A Eucalyptus tree approximately 12m in height and situated to the right side of the rear garden.  The tree is a poorly shaped tree and sited too close to a more important Ash tree.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Crown thin by approximately 20% including the removal of any dead wood, lifting of low branches by pruning back to the main canopy, and the necessary shaping of the tree, ensuring the height and basic shape is retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T2.         Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary.
