Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A group of Lawson Cypress trees approximately 15m in height, situated on the front garden boundary with no.52.  The canopy obstructs the use of the garden area.

T4 & 6.  A pair of Ash trees approximately 19m in height, situated on the entrance to Dulwich Village.

T7.         A Hawthorn tree approximately 7 in height, situated on the front garden boundary with Dulwich Village.  The tree is covered in ivy.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Crown lift by up to 3m and lateral reduction by up to 1.5m to suitable growth points.

T4 & 6.  Remove dead wood.

T7.         Sever and remove the ivy.
