Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Magnolia grandiflora approximately 5m in height, situated in the front garden by the pavement.  The tee is out of shape.

Description of Approved Works

To restore the desired form, selectively trim longer branches by up to 1m.  Additionally, prune lower branches to provide clearance from the pavement.  No other works are necessary at this time.
