Species and Location of Trees

T1.          Two Oak trees (one twin-stemmed from the base) approximately 16m in height, situated the bottom boundary of the rear garden.

T2.          A Yew tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is under a dense canopy of a very well-shaped and mature Strawberry tree.

T3.          Two Magnolia trees approximately 5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are under a dense canopy of a large Mimosa tree.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Removal of dead wood only.

T2.          Remove by felling at ground level.

T3.          The Magnolia furthest from the house is to be removed by felling at ground level.

Details of Replacement Required

None, as the garden is well stocked with trees.
