Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Silver Birch tree approximately 18m in height, situated in the small front garden.  The tree is too large for its location.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in the front garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Koelreuteria paniculate (Pride of India)

Laburnum x vossii            (Golden Chain)

Acer griseum                      (Paperbark Maple)

 

The tree should be planted during the November 2021 and March 2022 planting season with a stem girth of between 16-18cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m.
