Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. Three Lime trees approximately 5m in height, situated on the front boundary with Dulwich Wood Avenue. The trees are a little dense.
T2. An Ash tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden close to the rear corner of the house and adjacent to Farquhar Road.
T3. A twin-stemmed Ash tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden adjacent to Farquhar Road further down the hill towards the bottom of the garden. The tree is dying.
T4. An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary, a little further down the rear garden. The tree is leaning acutely across Farquhar Road.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Reduce in height to previous pollarding points some 3m above ground level.
T2. Removal of dead wood only.
T3. Remove.
T4. Removal of two low branches on the leaning side in order to redress the balance, and the removal of dead wood.
