Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Cedar tree approximately 13m in height, situated centrally in the front garden.
T2. A Robinia tree approximately 15m in height, situated close to the building on the right-hand side boundary.
T3. A Eucalyptus tree approximately 18m in height, situated further down the right-hand side boundary with no 22. The tree is very dense and overshadowing the right-hand side of the garden.
T4. A Sequoia tree approximately 20m in height, situated in the far right-hand corner of the rear garden. There is one branch hanging about halfway up the crown.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Gentle re-shaping of the lower lateral branches especially towards the house, a maximum of 2m reduction of longer lower branches where necessary especially towards the house. Dead wood to be removed throughout. It is important that branches are pruned at suitable side growths to ensure a natural finish.
T2. Dead wood removal is required throughout the crown. No other work is required.
T3. One large central limb to be removed to around the midway point where it joins the main stem and also the remaining crown be thinned by up to 25% with a gentle reshaping as necessary.
T4. Remove hanging branch. No other works required.
