Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Fig tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the house close to the boundary with Dulwich Wood Avenue.
T2. A Norway Maple tree and a Lime tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated together, either side of the entrance off Dulwich Wood Avenue. The trees are very dense in the canopies.
T3. A Goat Willow tree and a Eucalyptus tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated together to the left of (T2) above and adjacent to the boundary with Colby Road.
T4. A Eucalyptus tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the front right-hand corner of the house. The tree is a little wide spreading.
Description of Approved Works
T1.Remove and the stump ground out.
T2. Crown thin by 30% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
T3. Crown thin by 30% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
T4. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height may be reduced by up to 2m. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
