Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          4 small Cypress trees approximately 4-5m in height, situated against the rear wall of the existing building.

T2.          A Cherry tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the proposed rear extension of the existing building.  The tree should be retained and protected throughout the construction works.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the stumps ground grubbed out.

T2.          Foundations for the extended part of the building will be piled, and all excavations close to the tree to be hand dug.
