Species and Location of Trees

Four Cypress trees approximately 1.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The trees are dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stumps ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, replacement hedging should be planted in the front garden and below is the agreed specie:

Taxus baccata              (Yew)
