Specie and Location of Tree

A mature tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove with the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

The garden is to be re-landscaped and an agreement has been made to plant several trees when a landscape design has been agreed.
