Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

Two Cypress trees approximately 5m in height, situated on the front boundary on either side of the entrance off Eastlands Crescent.  Both trees are poorly shaped.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stumps ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, two replacement trees are to be planted in convenient locations of the front garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Laburnum x vossii            (Golden Chain)

Acer griseum                      (Paperbark Maple)

Amelanchier lamarkii      (Snowy Mespilus)

The trees should be planted during the November 2021 and March 2022 planting season with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 2.5m
