Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A twin-stemmed Ash tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is low growing over the neighbouring garden at no 27 Eastland Crescent.

T2.         A single-stemmed Ash tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden close to (T1) above.  The tree is low growing over the neighbouring garden at No 27 Eastlands Crescent.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove two snag end branches by pruning at the main trunk.

              Remove a small low growing branch, again, by pruning at the main trunk.

              Remove one large branch which forks into two, again by pruning at the main trunk.

              Remove any dead wood.

T2.         Remove two low growing branches overhanging the boundary by pruning at the main trunk.

              Remove all low growing snag end branches.

              Remove any dead wood.
