Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A Eucalyptus tree approximately 12m in height, situated in a central location in the front garden.  The tree is                     too tall for its location.

T2.       Two Ornamental Cypress trees and a Leylandii Cypress tree approximately 10m in height, situated across the                   rear garden in close proximity to the house.  The trees are a little tall.

T3.       A small Cypress tree approximately 2m in height, situated on the left-side of the group described under (T2).

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Reduce in size to approximately 3m and allow to regenerate to form a more compact specimen.

T2.       Reduce in height by up to 2m and re-shape as necessary.

T3.       Remove and the roots grubbed out.
