Specie and Location of Tree

An Oak tree approximately 16m in height, situated in the left-hand corner of the front garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by approximately 20% including the removal of all dead wood and epicormic growth, lifting of low wide spreading branches by pruning at the main trunk, and the necessary shaping of the tree, ensuring the height and basic shape is retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
