Species and Location of Tree

An Ash tree approximately 18m in height, situated in a central location half way down the bank to the rear of the site.  The tree is in poor health and condition with a split in the lower part of the trunk.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location to the rear of the site and below is the agreed alternative specie for consideration:

Fagus sylvatica             (Beech)
