Proposal:
Species and Location of Tree
A Copper Beech tree approximately 18m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is dead.
Description of Approved Works
The tree should be removed forthwith as it could become dangerous.
Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a nearby location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Fagus sylvatica’Riversii (Purple Beech)
Liriodendron tulipifera (Tulip tree)
Platanus orientalis (Oriental Plane)
The tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 20-22cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 4m. The tree should be planted in the forthcoming Autumn 2020 planting season.
